How We Protect Your QRIS Transfers

Session-Locked QR Codes

Every QRIS code we generate ties to your logged-in session and expires after five minutes. A code scanned by another device or after the timer runs out will not credit any account, preventing replay attacks and accidental double payments.

Gateway Transaction Match

Our payment gateway compares the wallet transaction ID, amount and timestamp against the session record before updating your chip balance. Mismatched data triggers a manual review so no chips move without confirmation from both sides.

Wallet-Provider API

We integrate directly with DANA, OVO, GoPay and ShopeePay settlement APIs so transfer status updates reach your account in real time. You see the same transaction state your wallet app displays, with no delay or third-party relay.

Receipt Audit Trail

Every QRIS deposit generates a receipt stored in your account history. The receipt shows the QR-code ID, wallet provider, amount debited and chips credited so you can verify each transfer independently if you need to check a past payment.

Open Your Wallet, Scan the Code, Confirm Your PIN

QRIS connects DANA, OVO, GoPay and ShopeePay into one scan-to-pay flow. Tap deposit inside your account, choose QRIS, and we generate a unique QR code tied to your session. Open your wallet app, scan the code, check the amount matches what you typed, then confirm with your PIN. Most transfers land in your chip balance before you close the wallet app. If

the code expires before you scan, refresh the deposit screen and we issue a new one instantly. Our system logs every scan so support can trace a payment if your wallet debited but your balance did not update. When a hold appears on your side, screenshot the wallet receipt and send it through live chat so we can verify the transaction ID

and release the chips manually if needed.

QRIS Deposit Vocabulary

What does QRIS mean?

QRIS is Indonesia's Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard, a unified QR-payment system that lets you scan one code with DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay or any QRIS-enabled wallet without choosing a specific provider first.

What is a session-locked QR code?

A session-locked QR code ties to your logged-in account and expires after a set time. It ensures only you can complete the payment tied to that code, preventing replay attacks or accidental scans by other users.

What is a transaction ID in wallet receipts?

The transaction ID is a unique reference number your wallet app assigns to each payment. Our gateway uses it to match your wallet debit against our deposit record when releasing chips or investigating held transfers.

What does payment hold mean?

A payment hold occurs when your wallet debits the amount but our gateway has not yet confirmed the transfer. Holds typically clear within minutes; if one persists, send your wallet receipt to support for manual verification.

What is a gateway settlement API?

A gateway settlement API is the real-time connection between our platform and your wallet provider. It sends instant updates when your payment clears, so your chip balance reflects the transfer without manual intervention or delay.

What does QR-code expiry mean?

QR-code expiry is the five-minute timer on every QRIS code we generate. After expiry the code becomes invalid and scanning it will not process a payment; refresh the deposit screen to get a new code instantly.

Common QRIS Deposit Questions

Tap Deposit, choose QRIS, enter your amount and we display a QR code. Open DANA, OVO, GoPay or ShopeePay, scan the code, confirm the amount matches and enter your wallet PIN. Your chips appear within seconds after confirmation.

Refresh the deposit screen and we generate a new code instantly. Expired codes cannot process payments, so always check the timer before scanning. The new code links to the same deposit amount you entered originally.

Payment holds occur when the wallet confirms but our gateway still waits for settlement data. Screenshot your wallet receipt showing the transaction ID and send it through live chat so we can verify and release the chips manually.

Yes, QRIS works with DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja and any QRIS-certified wallet. Scan our code with your preferred app and the payment routes through the same settlement gateway regardless of provider.

Most QRIS transfers credit your chip balance before you close your wallet app. Network delays can stretch this to one or two minutes; if your balance does not update after five minutes, contact support with your transaction ID.

Open your account history and look under Deposit Transactions. Each QRIS payment shows the QR-code ID, wallet provider, amount and timestamp. Tap any entry to view the full receipt or download it as proof of payment.
